Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Sweet Redemption Honey. Every jar of honey is harvested, bottled, and carefully prepared in small batches from our North Mississippi apiaries. We appreciate your support of our family business and want your order to arrive promptly and in excellent condition.

Shipping Locations

Sweet Redemption Honey currently ships only within the United States, including:

• All 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii

• APO/FPO military addresses

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Processing Time

Most orders are prepared and shipped within 2–3 business days after your order is received. During periods of unusually high demand, holidays, or severe weather, processing may take slightly longer. If a significant delay occurs, we will notify you using the email address provided with your order.

Shipping Carriers

Orders are shipped using USPS or UPS, depending on the destination and the shipping method that best serves your order.

Once your package has been shipped, you will receive tracking information by email whenever available.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed during checkout before your purchase is completed.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

We package every order with great care. If your shipment arrives damaged, please contact us within seven (7) days of delivery at sweetredemptionhoney@gmail.com. If possible, include photographs of the damaged package and products so we can evaluate the situation and work with you to resolve it promptly.

If your package appears to have been lost in transit, please contact us, and we will assist you in working with the shipping carrier to locate your shipment or determine the appropriate next steps.
