During periods of high demand, holidays, or severe weather, processing times may be slightly longer.

Orders are shipped using UPS or USPS, depending on the carrier that provides the best combination of service and value at the time of shipment.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Packaging
Honey is packaged in protective shipping materials designed to reduce the risk of damage during transit. We take great care in preparing each shipment and stand behind the safe arrival of our products.
Shipping Destinations
At this time, Sweet Redemption Honey ships only within the United States.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include:
- Your name
- Order number
- Photos of the damaged package and product
If a product is damaged during shipping, Sweet Redemption Honey will replace the damaged item at no additional charge.
Delivery Delays
Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, delivery times are the responsibility of the shipping provider. Sweet Redemption Honey is not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
