At Sweet Redemption Honey, we take pride in producing and packaging high-quality honey. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Because honey is a food product, we cannot accept returns of opened items. However, we will gladly work with you to resolve issues involving shipping damage, incorrect orders, or product quality concerns.
To request assistance, please contact us and include your order number and photographs of any shipping damage.
